Okay ladies. I got tired of not going anywhere on the old diet thing. I have been seesawing 2-3 pounds since we started this thing without really trying very hard. So, in order to lose fat and not just weight I decided to start a six week whole body makeover. I needed to target several areas to firm them up (which dieting wouldn't help) and I want to get buff. By November 23rd - my 48th birthday you ladies wouldn't recognize the sleek, svelte and beautiful me. I am going to be stylin'. Poor Gene. I told him he needs to do the questionnaire on the website so I can make sure I don't cause him to gain weight. We started walking again yesterday. This morning we didn't get very far but we did stop and pick blackberries so I could eat my 1/2 cup of those as part of my new regime. In this program I get to eat 5-6 times a day. I just have a planned amount of protein, carbs, veggies and fruits for those times. It is a little complicated but I don't have to count points or calories and this program is tailored for my body type. PEAR!!

I will keep you all posted and hope that I can be awe inspiring!

I never thought you needed to lose any weight. You already look buff and you certainly don't look 48 years old.
