Saturday check in time

It's Saturday and I don't want to talk about weight-loss or weight-gain at all. Get me!!!! I talked to Pat this morning and she is doing so much better. I talked to John around 9:45 last night and he was a basket case. He sang me a long song while he was trying to keep Pat breathing. He would say, "Pat, please quit taking your mask off. Pat, breath now breath. I don't want you to have a stroke." Anyway I was glad to talk to Pat and know she is better. We did not get to start the WW diet yet, but this week will be the week.
