Well I have been just e-mailing, because nobody ever blogged, I can't figure you all out. I finally lost 1 lb to make a ten pound loss. It took 2 months. So if I keep trying and don't get discouraged maybe I can loose another lb. in 2 weeks. Now I just saw a big goose in my yard ,guess he is lost. love YOU ALL. lucylockett
