Can't Let Lou outdo me

I hit post before I even had finished the title. Oh well maybe Lou can out do me. I too like getting to keep in touch with everyone. I think someone needs to help Lydia to get aboard. Charlie and I decided today that we are going back on low carb. We bought what we need to get started today when we went to Sweetwater. That seemed to work well for us a few years ago. See he is getting interested in this too. I will let y0u all know later how it is going. We are going to Iraan tomorrow so I won't be able to weigh in until Sunday morning.
