Wt. Loss, not sure....I just bought a scale and I will weigh in the AM
Exercise...big goose egg. I have been sick but am getting better. Does thinking about it count? :)

I think this next week will be better.

Cindy, I hope you are feeling better. I am thinking of getting a walking tape. This friend of mine started out with a 1 mile one and now is up to a 4 mile one. That way I can't say the weather is too windy, cold, hot, etc. Anyway I may get one tomorrow. Hang in there.
