This could be the beginning of a beautiful DIET

O.K. everyone, I'm so excited because I started out my Monday morning with a walk and a Kashi bar! Yea!!! Shannon, I wanted to say hello to you, I haven't done that yet, and I think your idea about breaking it down in 10 lb. increments, is just ingenious! Terri, thank you for that little encouragement, you are a sweetie! Lauri, (did I spell that right), I do that very thing with my fiber one flakes, I use walnuts and craisins and they are so yummy. Have a good week everyone. Cindy, are you listening? You can do this! Don't try to do it, just get started and do it. Have you ever seen "What About Bob"? We just have to take baby steps.
