Good morning children, and sisters and I don't know if my brother reads these or not. Well terri t. I am happy to report that I walked this week around the lake x2. doing good on drinking water. give me 10 on the fiber. I need some beano. fat consumption is down but give me 7 on that. My total weight loss is still 7 lbs. I think sometimes it gets hung up in there. I am going to shoot for 3lbs this week to make it a total loss of 10 lbs. And by the way Charlotte said that she has been very busy and when she gets home she has to study for tests. She is on a tread -mill with her job and school too. love you all. lou

You know Lou I believe that everyone has left us. I haven't seen any action today, have you. Maybe everyone has run away.
It is like a ghost town, where is everyone, HELLO IS ANYONE LISTENING? WEIRD.
I just got home from church and still no one talking. Do you think they all ran away and didn't tell us? Anyway we can talk. How was your day today? I did pretty good today as far as dieting. Now the exercise is a different story. Love ya
