a resource

I heard from my niece, Whitney.  She has been using this website to help motivate her with her dieting:

It is a free website.  I have visited it.  It has great articles, nutrition info, exercise tips, even a place to track your progress.  I did not even set up an account and was able to access all the information I wanted.  So, if you need some more ideas, this could be the place for you.

By the way, Rick lost 2 pounds last week.  He cut down on his Cokes, increased his water intake, ate my high fiber, low fat dinners and worked in the yard.  (Raked about a ton of pine straw.)  Our gardening season is just starting.  And everything we grow is in our Eating Plan!
